I started my career going door to door for commission-only sales. As a natural introvert, overstepping that default comfort zone required building a systematic approach to human psychology, pipeline tracking, and consistency.

That foundational constraint shaped how I look at business execution. I learned early that scalable growth does not rely on charismatic individual talent. It requires building reliable systems, predictable processes, and clean data feedback loops.

Over the last 15+ years, I have applied that exact operational framework to early-stage startups and high-growth companies. Whether building an entire commercial organization from zero or stepping in as an interim leader to steady operations, my focus remains entirely on clear metrics, speed, and cross-functional execution.
